WTF

Well another day another dollar but at what cost? I'll tell you at what cost.


  • Lowering the heater, till we have to wear our coats while inside.

  • No training. Why give us more tasks when we don't have the training to properly assist our customers?

  • Asking people for their opinions, when in actuality, it doesn't really matter





I don't want to be a negative Nancy, but I really got to get out of customer service. I hate getting asked the same question 50 times a day. Point. Blank. Period.



**For those 2 people who read this, you're probably wondering when I'm going to talk about something techy...well I will....sooner or later...Probably when I go on vacation from work..yeah, vacation.
